Web developer/builder needed for new internet concept.

Hello, I am in need of a web developer/builder for a new internet concept. The site requires a visual home page, option for participants to upload images and send questions, a page that will post selected questions and responses weekly and an anytime blog page. I live in NYC but know Silicon Valley can offer the best! I have an associate in Los Angeles that will be a geographically closer, secondary contact. Please advise me on how to further explore... im realy suprised u have yet to have a replie. it is prity bias to only want ppl in silicon valley when ppl all over the world make sites all the time more complex then the easy job u r looking to have done for u. i could make ur site for u in my sleep and i live in peoria IL. my e-mail is zutai.abunai@gmail.com 2 out of 2 found this valuable.
