The Sr Java Engineer requires:
-Core Java Experience (not j2ee, but people who know j2ee should know java)
-8+ yrs of experience
Web Developer
-Looking for both mid level (2-5 yrs) and Sr engineers (6+ yrs) as well as a tech lead or principal eng
-javascript, xml, ajax, (D,X)HTML, and jsp understanding and usage a MUST
Performance Engineer
-We are looking for extensive experience with distributed software architectures and design patterns
-Experience with load-balancing, caching and session management strategies and designs
-Experience with Java performance measurement and profiling tools
-Experience with Hibernate and Hibernate optimization strategies
-Experience with Mess JMS, Ajax, Servlet and JSP, Spring and Struts frameworks
-Prefer someone with experience with Workflow and business rules engines as well as capacity planning
-Proficient in Unix
-5+ years of relevant experience
Perforce Administrator
-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experiences
-Understanding of software product life cycle and software build automation tools
-Experience with Linux system administration
-Demonstrated knowledge of SCM concepts
-1-3 years experience in software engineering, release engineering and/or configuration management
-Experience with one or more build tools such as make or ANT
