I know Joe SHapiro, and I know about how he has scammed some people and stole their ideas to create ushow.com.
The video player you see on ushow.com is an idea stolen from the creator of rockyourspace.net, and other people. At least 7 people I know have been scammed out of time and money, so that Joe can create his ushow. NO one actually got paid to do the work for ushow.com. They just had their work stolen.
Joe shapiro has no problem with this. After all, he is a jew and a big bernie maddoff fan. He likes to use people, and considers all non jews as "tools"
I know all this, because I've seen many emails Joe shapiro has sent ot people he once called "friends" and "business partners"
Beware of joe shapiro. Do not give any info to him. DO not do ANY work for him. He will use you, take all the credit, and he has no shame about it. Just like bernie maddoff

Skills needed:
Exceptional HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
JavaScript libs (YUI, JQuery, ...)
Good understanding of browser behaviors and their remedies

Desirable:
Good with DreamWeaver (typically) or some other page designer
Design sense and attention to details
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility and usability
Acquaintance with some CMS helpful (Wordpress, MeshCMS,...)

BEWARE OF USHOW.COM
THE "OWNER" of this site is named Joe Shapiro. He has stolen the ideas, code and time of 7 other developers and has managed to release a youtube/twitter/facebook clone.
He is in the process of being sued. Just today, he had facebook disable an account of the guy who spent over 100 hours working on ushow.com. The logo, the video commenting, and pretty much everything else you see on ushow.com was HIS WORK!!!
Do not give Joe Shapiro any information. he is shady, and is costing Amir Meshkin a lot of time and money. His facebook apps are now disabled, and Joe Shapiro has been bragging and laughing about how he has ruined my friend's life!!!!
Thisi s not a joke> The owner of ushow.com joe shapiro is the shadiest person I have ever come accross.

Hi, I am Aaron Alexander, the CREATOR of the video recording software which was to one day be "ushow". during the development phase some information about joseph shapiro was brought to my attention. This was the sole reason I parted ways with joe. Before he left he also took files, and user info that was stored in MY database without permission. If anyone who originally signed up to ushow.com to be part of the video recorder beta and has been contacted after Mar '08 by ushow.com for any reason, i URGE you to email me at webmaster@monsterandfriiends.com .
Also please be aware that even though the logo looks similar(exactly the same), this has no affiliation with me and the logo itself is use without authorization.
Also if you have worked on this project and been scammed out of work and or money, please contact me at webmaster@monsterandfriends.com
There is a current class action lawsuit to recoup damages for unpaid and/or stolen works etc.
To anyone who originally signed up to ushow (pre mar '08) and feels they had private information stolen, I understand your concerns and to please contact me so this can be resolved. thank you.

The common petty criminal you see above is Joe Shapiro> He has scammed several people out of thosuands of dollars. He is literally trying to start his company, from free work. He has scammed at least 4 other people, and he refuses to pay us for work we have done, yet he is using our work.
