I really loved reading your blog. It was very well authored and easy to understand. Unlike additional blogs I have read which are really not that good

Ok! so... my html page for a school project is due very soon... and i really need to get this page perfect, and my image im using as a sort of a header at the top of the page is a little messed up. this is my body tag: <body width="100%" style="margin: 8 8 8 8; background: url(background.png); color: #E0E0E0; font-family: Bitter;">
and image tag:<img src="header.png" alt="Header" width=100%-8px style="margin-left: -8; margin-top: -8; margin-bottom: -8; margin-right: 12; padding-right=-8"> now my problem is that the image is supposed to be 100% of the page width, which... it was, until i realized that my text was right against the edge of my screen. so, i added a margin to my body... and was happy. at least until i noticed it also applied those to the image. my problem is that i need to remove the margin effects from just the image, so it sits at the very top of the page and has no margins on the sides of it. i could care less about the bottom margin, as that isnt a problem for me at this moment. the margins i applied to the image helped a BIT... the margin effects are gone, except for the margins on the right-hand side of it, which i cannot get rid of, no matther how hard i try! |
