A Developer’s Prospective: DevelopingNokia Web Runtime,iPhone SDK, and Android apps Developers can no longer bet on one handset. 2008 was the year of the iPhone and the introduction of Android. Blackberry and Microsoft have responded. Nokia is responding with Nokia Web Runtime. Palm has created quite a lot of buzz with the Palm Pre.
Navigating through the menu of platform options is a challenge. The stakes are huge. Our success will largely depend on how we tackle the cross-platform challenges. Mo’Blast is one startup operating deep in this arena. Last week at a Nokia Open House, Kevin Leong, the founder of the company, presented an in-depth prospectus of iPhone SDK, Android and Nokia Web Runtime. He agreed to speak to us this Wednesday.
