Anonymous How neccesary is it to know how to program in javascript/serverside? 1 Jan 22 2008, 12:34 AM EST by websig

I don't have any experience programming in javascript or a server-side language, my background is mostly in c++ and flash actionscript 2.0 and very little Java. Would it still be possible to be efficient at the hackathon with my background?
